Advices from a life experienced old Russian lady:

Rule 1#

Only buy fruits on the market, there they are fresh and cheap

Rule 2#

Every day you have to eat 100g fresh “Tworog”, and you only should buy 300g at once, because it will be become “bad” after three days

Rule 3#

Don’t heat your rooms

Rule 4#

Open the window a little bit while your sleeping

Rule 5#

It s impossible to study Sport! You just can do sports but nothing more than that, no way.

Rule 6#

If you want to be slim DON’T eat bread, noodles and so on, only “Tworog”

Rule 7#

You have to wear a hat otherwise water will come like a river running out of your eyes and nose and every secound “hatschi, hatschi”

Rule 8#

Just go out at night to a club once a week and only on the weekend

Rule 9#

20 minutes before eating you have to drink a glass with warm water

Rule 10#

After standing up 2 glasses of warm water

Rule 11#

Every day 20 minutes morning- sport, very necessary

Rule 12#

Never buy food on the street, you never know maybe it s not normal meat, may be it s a cat; but if the smell is good, you can buy…

The Place: Ein sehr schöner Klub, totaly durch-designt schöne Bäder, Schaukeln zum schaukeln, gemütliche Sofas, Sitzsäcke zum chillen und insegesamt eine sehr schöne Atmosphere. Leider ist der Kulb etwas abseits von den üblichen Party- Runden. ul marschala, metro narvskaja/ baltiskaja

2 days ago we found сочи, a new place. it looks like old DDR-stuff inside, it s quiet big inside and there is a big bar to order drinks. when we were there a POETRY SLAM happend. we nearly understood nothing, but people were really interessting…. was a good evening!!!

> am tag der pärchen, haben wir uns nicht wieder die nächte um die ohren geschlagen, sondern waren ganz gesittet auf einem KONZERT. im KLUB грибоедов haben wir uns C.O.K. angehört und angeschaut. russische texte mit ragga,rock,hiphop/rap untermalung. es war alles sehr gediegen. der KLUB war auch sehr fein, angenehme stimmung und eine leuchtende aufmachung.

> during the day of the couples, we not were awake all night, no we were quite civilized on a CONCERT. in the CLUB грибоедов we heard and saw the russian band C.O.K. . Russian texts with a ragga, rock, hiphop/rap coat. everything was very nice. the CLUB was also very nice, pleasant people and fine ambiente.
